Our mission

Our story
RuNari started in a sport analytics consultancy where institutional knowledge lived in email threads, shared drives with inconsistent naming, and the heads of people who had since left. Every new project began with the same three-week archaeology expedition.
We built the first version for ourselves — a simple MCP server that indexed documents and let AI assistants query them. The speed improvement was immediate. Onboarding dropped from weeks to days. Decisions stopped being repeated. We knew it had to become a product.

Founded
RuNari started as an internal knowledge tool for a sport analytics consultancy frustrated by scattered docs, lost decisions, and onboarding that took weeks.
2025 Q1
MCP Server
Launched the Model Context Protocol server — enabling AI assistants to query the knowledge base in real time, turning static docs into living, queryable context.
2025 Q3
Multi-tenant
Rebuilt the platform with full org isolation, role-based access, and automated provisioning so each client gets their own secure workspace.
2026
Public launch
Opened to the public as a self-serve SaaS with Stripe billing, the Courses LMS module, and GIS-powered demographic search for sport development teams.
