A professional club that never loses a coaching playbook again

The club employed 120 staff across three performance departments (first team, academy, women's team). Each department had its own folder structure, its own naming conventions, and its own culture around documentation. When the head of performance left mid-season, critical periodisation plans and load-management protocols were effectively lost.

Academy coaches were expected to complete 40 hours of continuing professional development per year, but the club had no structured way to deliver or track it. External courses were expensive, and internal workshops were inconsistent.
